Primo a développé cet écrou avec joint spy ainsi que sa butée d'embrayage pour l'utiliser avec tous les kits courroie afin que l'huile ne coule plus le long de l'arbre de boite. Les fuites d'huile à cet endroit peuvent écourter dramatique-ment la durée de vie de la courroie. Recommandé pour toute transmission par courroie de 1990 au 2000 Big Twin Evolution et 1999-2006 Twin Cam.
