Replica gas tank has a right side petcock location, fuel capacity of 2.4 gallons, and a right side fill bayonet cap fitting.

High tunnel stock style tank features stock mounts and filler neck. Does not include vent tube. Accepts an early petcock, and early gas cap. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tankcombo kit to clean, condition and seal. This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening, making sure the petcock can be easily installed. Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of petcock. Front mount tab holes to rear mount tab holes measures 16-5/8" center to center. *NOTE: Breather vent tube is not installed.

Avant la peinture et le montage final, nous vous conseillons : Les réservoirs sont  généralement  étanches, qu’importe qu’ils soient custom ou OEM de rechange. Les problèmes surviennent en général après le montage. Raison pour laquelle il faut D’ABORD procéder à un test pression et faire un test de montage AVANT la peinture. De plus, il est impératif de traiter l'intérieur du réservoir par un produit spécial, à commander séparément : CC3991004.
