PN#309-355
ThunderMax replacement 18mm wide-band oxygen sensor for all ThunderMax Performance EFI Modules with AutoTune. Sold Individually.
-
This heated wide-band O₂ sensor is specifically designed to work with all ThunderMax Performance EFI Modules featuring AutoTune. It provides accurate and reliable air/fuel monitoring which is essential for tuning in both stock and modified setups.
Key Features:
ThunderMax replacement wide-band sensor, plug-and-play compatible with ThunderMax modules.
18 mm bung size: fits standard M18 × 1.5 threaded sensor ports common in many motorcycle exhaust systems.
Sold individually.
Ideal for precision tuning: helps your ECM’s AutoTune function accurately by providing a true wide-band signal instead of a narrow-band “rich/lean” switch.
Compatibility & Install Notes:
Designed for use with ThunderMax Performance EFI Modules with AutoTune.
Requires an 18 mm × 1.5 threaded sensor port in the exhaust header/collector. Ensure your exhaust system has this bung or use an 18 mm weld-in bung.
Sensor must be installed in a location where it reaches normal operating temperature (hot exhaust gases) and has adequate sensor-to-pipe clearance.
During installation: apply anti-seize lightly to sensor threads (avoid contaminating sensor tip). Torque per sensor manufacturer specification.
After installation, clear any tuning faults and allow your AutoTune system to establish a baseline with the new signal.
