This cast steel, weld-on fender mounting bracket is meant for welding to the seat cross bar on rigid frames. You can cut, grind, file or weld on this to make it fit. The radiused side that fits against your fender can be radiused more or flattened out to fit the profile of the fender you are using. Depending on what frame you are using, the seat cross member may be closer or farther away than you need, so you may need to cut this bracket down. You can mount it on the top or the bottom of the crossbar. The options are endless and most of the hard work is already done for you.
