Gas tank has a right side petcock opening, and a fuel capacity of 2.2 gallons. It uses a single bayonet style gas cap, and has front and rear mount tabs.
Right side is 3/8" NPT female, left side is 1/4" NPT female for petcocks. Petcock tunnel is 2-1/2" wide. Tabs are front and rear, undrilled. Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting. It requires sanding and primer. Do not grind or sand the seams or joints. Check the petcock opening, making sure the petcock can be easily installed. The petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of the petcock. The petcock must be ordered separately. It is suggested to pressure test and use a tank sealer. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean, condition, and seal to help stop leaks and prevent corrosion.

Les réservoirs sont livrés non peints et non apprêtés. Avant la peinture et le montage final, nous vous conseillons : Les réservoirs sont généralement étanches, qu’importe qu’ils soient custom ou OEM de rechange. Les problèmes surviennent en général après le montage. Raison pour laquelle il faut D’ABORD procéder à un test pression et faire un test de montage AVANT la peinture. De plus, il est impératif de traiter l'intérieur du réservoir par un produit spécial, à commander séparément : CC3991004.
