S&S, EVO 3-5/8 BIG BORE PISTON SET (OEM HEADS). STD
Used with 3-5/8 big bore cylinders in combination with 4-1/4" (88"), 4-1/2" (93") or 4-3/4" (98") stroke with 5.375" (88"), 5.500" (93") or 5.750" (98") long cylinders and stock heads. Kits include forged pistons, wrist pins, wrist pin clips and piston rings. Note: 98" engines must use small 8-1/4" ø flywheels. Note: In any and all applications the technician must be able to judge components for their suitability in combination with the other engine components, prior to installation. It is of importance that a knowledgeable mechanic will install & make adjustments as required. The rider must follow standard break-in and riding procedures for overhauled engines.
Fits: > 84-99 Evo B.T. with 3-5/8" big bore cylinders and 4-1/4" (stock), 4-1/2" or 4-3/4" stroke flywheels (NU)
These forged, 3-5/8" big bore flat topped pistons are used in S&S® Sidewinder® kits and Hot Set Up Kits® for HD® Evolution® big twins with stock cylinder heads and 4-1/4" and 4-1/2"stroke engines with stock diameter (8-1/2") flywheels and 4-3/4" stroke engines with 8-1/4" diameter flywheels. 3-5/8" bore.
