TC Bros. Sprocket/Pulley bolt locker was designed to provide a simple and inexpensive solution to a common problem. Loose rear sprocket/pulley bolts can cause expensive damage to your Harley Davidson or Buell motorcycle. This sprocket lock is designed to secure the rear sprocket or pulley hardware found on Harley Davidson Sportsters, Big Twins (Dyna, FXR, Touring, Softail, etc.), and Buell motorcycles that have a 5 bolt rear pattern. Made in the USA from one piece of stainless steel, these locks act as a washer while positively engaging every bolt for a highly effective and durable solution. Simply remove and clean your existing hardware and internal wheel threads, apply new thread locking compound to your hardware (red Loctite or equivalent), place this lock between bolt heads and sprocket/pulley, torque to factory specifications, and bend tabs on sprocket lock upwards until they are touching the sides of the bolt heads. Installation is complete!
