Kit étrier de frein arrière Radial - Pour Touring à partir de 2017. Le kit

- Le nouvel étrier de frein radial, composé de deux pièces et fabriqué dans la masse, enrichit la gamme d'étriers Accossato. Conçu avec les technologies les plus avancées et les meilleurs matériaux du marché, il l'est tout particulièrement par sa structure usinée CNC 5 axes. Sa forme a été réalisée grâce à la recherche CAO afin d'obtenir un poids minimal, une rigidité optimale du corps et une capacité de déperdition thermique optimale grâce à un traitement spécial d'oxydation dure. Lors de l'usinage, le corps de l'étrier est entièrement contrôlé par des machines de laboratoire tridimensionnelles. L'entraxe des trous de fixation des étriers est de 108mm. Accossato recommande l'utilisation de liquide de frein DOT 4. Les étriers sont fournis avec des plaquettes de frein frittées.

The new radial brake caliper, composed of two pieces and made in the mass, enriches the Accossato caliper range. Designed with the most advanced technologies and the best materials on the market, it is particularly designed for its 5-axis CNC machined structure. Its shape was achieved thanks to CAD research in order to obtain a minimum weight, optimal rigidity of the body and an optimal heat loss capacity thanks to a special hard oxidation treatment. During machining, the caliper body is fully controlled by three-dimensional laboratory machines. The center distance of the stirrup fixing holes is 108mm. Accossato recommends the use of DOT 4 brake fluid. The calipers are supplied with sintered brake pads.

The Accossato rear bracket for Harley-Davidson touring FL011 is made of high-strength aluminium and anodised to ensure durability. It offers a precise conversion of the rear system, maintaining rigidity and optimal alignment. Compatible with all major Touring applications, it ensures a reliable and safe technical upgrade.
