This TC Bros. 530 chain drive conversion kit is the shortcut to get rid of your stock belt and pulley setup on your 2004-up Harley Sportster.

Whether you're hardtailing a bike or considering converting a factory belt-driven motorcycle with suspension, there are plenty of reasons to make the jump. More traditional appearance is an obvious benefit. There's a much wider range of ratios available than you can achieve with pulleys and belts, and the bike becomes a bit more serviceable—a chain can be replaced without removing the wheel, whether in the shop or on the side of the road.
The TC Bros. Kit features a high-quality, USA-made front steel sprocket and durable steel rear sprocket in your choice of finish to provide long-lasting performance. The 22-tooth front and 51-tooth rear sprockets easily bolt in place of your existing pulleys and provide gearing that is suitable for most Sportsters. 
This is a great solution for anyone installing a hardtail and creating a frame with longer-than-stock wheelbase because drive chains (available separately) are easily cut down to the correct length, and they're also ideal for off-road applications. Belts don't always do well in off-road environments due to abrasion and contaminants. They also suffer because the greater suspension travel required can't be supported by a belt final drive, so if you're making a scrambler or tracker, this chain setup is ideal.
This kit is designed for a stock wheel and tire application in a stock 2004-up Sportster swingarm frame. Different frame applications may necessitate fabrication of custom wheel spacers to get proper chain alignment.
