Développé initialement pour le moteur de course Bagger GP de 130 pouces, le filtre à air Feuling Race Series (RS) BA (Billet Aluminum) intègre la gamme Performance de la marque américaine. Fort de son expertise en conception de culasses et dynamique des flux, Feuling propose ici un système à montage direct pour Harley-Davidson qui allonge les conduits d'admission et augmente la vitesse de l'air.
Il optimise radicalement le remplissage des cylindres pour offrir un gain massif de puissance et de couple, en particulier à mi-régime (plage d'utilisation principale) et au-delà.

1. Montage Street (Inclus) : Configuration de type OEM. Les évents de culasse optimisés renvoient l'air et les vapeurs d'huile vers l'admission pour respecter les normes d'émissions.
2. Montage Race Only (Optionnel) : Ventilation externe directe à l'atmosphère. Idéal pour la compétition. Nécessite l'achat séparé du kit de reniflard externe Feuling (Référence : MCS707101 ou Kit n° 5417) incluant raccords, durite et filtre de mise à l'air.
Note de personnalisation : Des couvercles optionnels Feuling (finitions chrome, noir anodisé dur, brut poli, avec fenêtres en acrylique transparent ou opaque) sont vendus séparément pour personnaliser l'esthétique extérieure de votre filtre.

Out of the box, this Feuling air cleaner is set up with OEM style cylinder head breathing, routing into the intake with optimized vent hole locations to meet emissions standards. External Race Only venting to atmosphere available with separate purchase of Feuling 707101 external breather kit which includes fittings, vent line and breather element. The backing plate is engraved with both 'Made in USA' and 'Feuling' logos.
A lot of meticulous testing and tweaking went into the design of the bolt-on BA (Billet Aluminum air cleaner), to create excellent performance, all paired with the smallest possible dimensions. Full one-piece billet aluminum cage, the included velocity stack drops in, followed by the air filter element after which the cover is installed. This simple construction gives a very clean look and easy installation when compared to many others. The velocity stack is used to lengthen the intake track and increase intake velocity to improve cylinder fill especially midrange performance, where most riding is done, and up. Comes with a reusable high flow cotton based red pre-oiled air filter element.
Note: Optional covers are available in raw polished, hard anodized black and chrome plated in a solid or clear (see-through) acrylic outer cover.
Originally designed for our 130" Bagger GP race engine, what is now our Race Series (RS) BA air cleaner, comes in just under an inch taller and boasts an impressive 33% increase in filter size over our standard fit BA Air Cleaner. NOTE: Requires mid foot controls.
With years of experience designing improved cylinder heads, combustion chambers and intake manifolds, FEULING brings light to a new bolt-on air cleaner design for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The Feuling BA Air Cleaner lengthens the intake runners and increases air velocity, delivering added volume for balanced dynamic flow.
The BA air cleaner features a high flow billet aluminum velocity stack with optimal opening diameter, outer lip and internal (ID) taper. The BA Air Cleaner includes a high flow reusable air filter and one piece billet cage. The one piece design, creates a clean look and eases installation when compared to the industry standard multi stack up construction.
With performance in mind, we created a convertible backing plate offering optional cylinder head venting. Out of the box, the FEULING air cleaner is set up with OEM - style cylinder head breathing, routing into the intake with optimized vent hole locations to meet emissions standards. External "Race Only" venting to atmosphere available with separate purchase of kit #5417 which includes fittings, vent line and breather element. The backing plate is engraved with both ‘MADE IN USA’ and 'FEULING' logos.
Impressive Horsepower and Torque gains on any engine and exceptional gains seen on engines running modified and/or ported cylinder heads along with intakes and larger throttle bodies. Developed and designed on the flow bench, dyno tested and track proven.
